Rules & Conditions
Please take a moment to read this carefully as the following rules are binding on all guests.
- Check-in time is from 14:00.
- Check-out time is before 10:00.
- Please ensure that you check your inventory list on arrival and return it back to reception as soon as possible.
- The maximum number of people permitted to occupy the unit must be strictly adhered to.
- No smoking or burning of incense is permitted in the units.
- No feeding of monkeys is allowed – they have been known to bite.
- Strictly no pets are allowed. Please do not encourage any stray animals, which may enter the grounds, by feeding or petting them.
- No towels, pillows, etc to be removed from the unit. Pool towels are available from reception.
- No loud music or disorderly behaviour. Failure to adhere to this will result with us asking you to leave the premises with no refund. Please refrain from making excessive noise after 22:00 in consideration of other guests staying at the resort.
- An additional cleaning fee of R300 will be charged for apartments left in an excessively dirty state.
- Please do not move the furniture around. It has been arranged for maximum comfort and best utilisation of space.
- Please do not hang towels or clothing out of the windows or on the patios.
- No glasses and/or glass bottles are allowed in or around the swimming pool.
- Please report all breakages on departure.
- All keys & remotes of the apartment must be returned to reception on departure.
- Any key & breakages deposit held will be refunded upon inventory check on checkout.
